About me

With a passion for New Orleans’ historic real estate, I have been a dedicated Associate Broker/Realtor serving the New Orleans community since 1983. After many years with Latter & Blum Realtors, I am excited to continue my career with Ricci Real Estate, bringing decades of experience, local knowledge, and a genuine commitment to my clients.

I laid the foundation for my career at the University of New Hampshire, where I majored in business/hotel administration. This educational background equipped me with a strong business acumen which I successfully used in my career with Hilton Hotels Corporation, having worked in Boston, Washington, D. C., NYC, Chicago, Denver, Madison, WI, and Arlington, IL (suburb of Chicago at the Hilton adjacent the Arlington Race Track). Leaving the hotel industry, I moved to New Orleans where I entered the dynamic world of real estate.

Over the years, I have not only witnessed the evolution of the real estate market but have actively contributed to its growth. My extensive experience has made me a trusted advisor for clients seeking to buy or sell historic properties in the heart of New Orleans. My job is to guide buyers and sellers through the intricacies of viewing properties meeting their needs goals, providing comparables justifiying the price, negotiating the contract, moving through the inspection stage, directing buyers to insurance carriers and title companies...all this to reach the goal of a sale with satisfied buyers and sellers.
